emerald offers a broad range of specialist, professional advice to clients selling, purchasing, building and developing; from feasibility studies, project audits, quantity surveying and estimating, cost control, acquisition surveys, refurbishment etc

 3) property surveys
emerald provides various property surveys designed to offer protection to property owners or investors, either buying or selling property. Our surveys are conducted by an RICS regulated chartered building surveyor who will tailor our services to meet our clients needs. Our range of surveys include: a full building survey; a house buyers survey; defect diagnostic survey; measured survey; snagging survey and maintenance survey, with estimated repair costs.

In conjunction with our building surveying services, we also offer advice on refurbishments, property extensions, long term maintenance issues and liaison between the Town Hall, service providers, local consultants and other regulatory bodies

Other surveying services include: project monitoring, design and cost audits, building pathology, schedules of dilapidations, supervising small works, fire insurance valuations
