emerald is a small private practice of surveyors with extensive experience in property, refurbishment, surveying and construction in UK, Ireland and Spain.

emerald has two principal surveyors, the owner being a chartered member of the RICS www.rics.org

emerald specialises in residential and commercial property surveys, project feasibility, construction management, project coordination, project cost control and we act as developer's representative.
